THE PROGRAM OF THE VIDEO EDITING COURSE WAS DEVELOPED BY ONE OF THE MOST FAMOUS  EDITING DIRECTORS IN UKRAINE – YURIY REZNICHENKO.

In this course, we will focus on the basic principles and classic methods of editing, analyze the features of working with sound and color grading, learn to work with editing programs DaVinci Resolve and Final Cut Pro.

During training, we will work with various video formats: music videos, commercials and short films.

  2. Basic principles of editing, classic techniques

    Features of video editing programs: FinalCut and DaVinci Resolve

  3. PREPARATION FOR WORK, INTERACTION WITH COLLEAGUES, CAMERAS, FORMATS, INTERACTION between THE film crew / EDITOR / POST-PRODUCTION team

    Codecs, proxy, organization of the footage

  4. Footage selection, basic editing operations

  5. Fine-tuning, basic work with sound, color, effects, post-production

  6. COLLABORATION, WORK AUTOMATION, TIPS & TRICKS. WHAT TO LOOK FOR, WHERE TO INSPIRe. TRENDS in video direction

Practice

One of the most important parts of the course

For practical work you will need a laptop with FinalCut and DaVinci Resolve installed. During the course we will edit music videos, short videos and commercials. And at the end of the course we will hold presentations of practical tasks with an overview and recommendations.
