The Communication Management distanced learning program is designed especially for those who prefer to study remotely or do not have the opportunity to attend classes at KAMA.
Communications have changed. Traditional rules of interaction, influencing and presentation no longer work. The course will provide an opportunity to identify the most effective methods of communication with the audience, building a reputation and achieving short or long-term communication goals.
The course is suitable for those who are interested and work in the field of public relations and brand communications. You will learn the difference between communications and PR and understand how to use various tools for reputation management. You will also explore different types of media and interactions with them, master strategic planning and the communication plans development and figure out how to improve the image of your company or client.
By the end of the course, you will be able to compile your own portfolio, make the media contact list, collect and articulate information for the press, give presentations and develop communication plans in crisis situations.
