Client service is important for any company. Whether you have a team or you are a CEO, how you build relationships with your customers or users matters at every stage, regardless of your role. And you need to develop quality processes to manage your customers.

During the course, we will stop thinking that client service is a contractor's work. And learn to be a partner.
Let's analyze all the important processes of project management, components of effective communication and ways of thinking. Upon completion of the course, we will increase your chances of success in the realization of cool projects.
